Messier 89 is an elliptical galaxy located in the Virgo Cluster, within the constellation Virgo. M89 is approximately 50 to 55 million light-years away from Earth and has an apparent magnitude of about 9.8 to 10.73. The galaxy contains around 100 billion stars and over 2,000 globular clusters.

Arp 271 is a pair of interacting spiral galaxies, located approximately 130 million light-years away in the constellation Virgo. These galaxies are gradually being pulled together by gravity, their spiral arms stretching and distorting as they pass near each other.

Messier 109 is a barred spiral galaxy located in the constellation Ursa Major, approximately 83.5 million light-years from Earth. It is one of the brightest galaxies in the Ursa Major Cluster. M109 is notable for its prominent central bar structure. The galaxy has a magnitude of about 9.8. It spans roughly 180,000 light-years in diameter, making it slightly larger than the Milky Way.

Arp 41 is a grand design spiral galaxy located in the constellation Eridanus, approximately 60 to 65 million light-years away from Earth. It is part of Halton Arp's Atlas of Peculiar Galaxies, a catalog of unusual and distinctive galaxies. It includes a smaller, irregular companion galaxy, NGC 1232A, which appears to be interacting gravitationally with the main galaxy.

Caldwell 48, also known as NGC2775, is a spiral galaxy located in the constellation Cancer. It is a so-called flocculent spiral galaxy, meaning the arms are patchy and discontinuous, giving them a fluffy or woolly appearance.

Caldwell 23, also known as NGC 891, is a spiral galaxy located approximately 30 light-years away in the constellation Andromeda. Its striking edge-on appearance has given it the nickname Silver Sliver galaxy. The galaxy is very similar in structure to our own Milky Way.

Caldwell 5, or IC342, is also known as the hidden galaxy, tucked away behind the dust of our own Milky Way. Individual frames did not reveal too much detail, but stacking 20h of exposure brought out the full splendour of this beautiful galaxy.

M32 is a small dwarf satellite galaxy to its big brother Andromeda Galaxy. It is not photographed on its own, but the purpose of this image was to zoom in onto M32 itself. It is not a spectacular target, but photographed here in a closeup that is not seen very often.

M110 is at first glance a somewhat boring galaxy, always in the shadow of its close and popular neighbour M31, the Andromeda Galaxy. The main reason of imaging was to complete the Messier catalogue. But some very small scale structure appeared to be present, which in the end made this a fun object to photograph.

Arp78 is one of the 'Peculiar Galaxies' from the Arp catalogue in the constellation Aries. Tidal forces from nearby galaxies pull the arms of Arp78 into the peculiar shapes as they are.

M77 is a nice small galaxy in the constellation Cetus. It has a wide area of gaseous rings around it, most of which could be pulled out in this image, due to 20h of exposure. M77 is also listed in the Arp Catalogue, as Arp37.

Stephan's quintet is a beautiful cluster of five galaxies, photographed by Hubble and JWST, and now here imaged as a broadband image. The main galaxy (NGC7320) is another interesting object from the Arp catalogue of peculiar objects: Arp319.

Arp188 is one of the many distorted objects from the Atlas of Peculiar galaxies. This one is also nick-named the tadpole galaxy for obvious reasons. Here imaged in LRGB using 20h of exposure.

M102 is a small galaxy n the constellation Draco. It is an edge on galaxy with the characteristic dust lane through the middle. It is located at a distance of 50,000 light years from Earth.

Arp84 is a beautiful, but very distorted system of two interacting galaxies, NGC5395 and NGC5394. It is one of 338 objects from the Atlas of Peculiar galaxies, produced by Halton Arp

Caldwell 45 is a small galaxy in the constellation Boötes, art of the Virgo supercluster of galaxies. It is also known as NGC5248. This was an older dataset when processed, and calibration is not perfect, as is visible in the uneven background. But details in the galaxy have been fairly well capture.
